Why a facet-based approach helps
A fixed set of facets means every matter starts from the same map. Gaps show up early, new team members find things where they expect them, and two matters can finally be compared like for like.
How to read the metrics
Cycle time is how long a matter or phase takes from open to close. Cost compares budget with actual spend. Progress per hour relates hours worked to work completed. Read them together, and across many matters, never from one case alone.
